We are one of the oldest flower shops under the same continuous ownership in the area. We have been delivering flowers, floral gifts, balloons, plants, fruit baskets, funeral flowers and birthday cakes throughout the New River Valley of Virginia (Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Dublin, Pulaski and outlying areas) since 1989. Christiansburg Flower Shop has the most educated designers in Southwest Virginia. Our head designer has earned the prestigious floral industry designations of AIFD, AAF and PFCI – (American Institute of Floral Design, American Academy of Floriculture and Professional Floral Communicators International) - Less than one hundred people worldwide have earned all three designations. Additionally, our designers have entered and won competitions around the country.

We offer daily delivery service to:
Blacksburg, VA 24060; Christiansburg, VA 24073; Fairlawn, VA 24141 and Radford, VA 24141. SPECIAL NOTICE - Due to increased delivery challenges on the Virginia Tech Campus relating to their increased security precautions, there will be an additional service fee of $5.00 added to orders being delivered on campus. Clients will receive an additional email with the corrected total of their purchase making them aware of this additional charge.
Secondary delivery areas include:
McCoy, VA 24111; New River, VA 24129; Riner, VA 24149; These areas are outlying communities in the surrounding counties. While all efforts will be made to offer same day delivery (on orders received by noon), a two day delivery period may be required during peak times.
Our delivery fees range in price according to the distance and labor involved with the delivery.
BlackburgVAFlorist.com calls student recipients on campus at Radford University (Radford, VA) and at Virginia Tech - VPI (Blacksburg, VA) to schedule a mutually acceptable delivery time. Dues to the increased security on both campuses, we can no longer enter the residence halls. A Florist in Christiansburg will get a signature on all deliveries.

Substitution
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
